Women from different backgrounds are at the heart of our work. Their experiences, voices and stories have a strong impact on our activities and help us understand the challenges that exist in society. They help us identify the gaps and barriers that prevent women from feeling included, safe and able to move forward in life. We listen, learn and respond. Through our activities, networks, mentoring, seminars and support, we work to create opportunities for women to regain hope, build confidence, develop their skills and flourish in life. Their voices inspire our work. Their experiences shape our activities. Their progress is our impact.
